What Rhymes with HEN?

LANGUAGE ARTS
Word Family -en Activity

-en Word family, hen activity
here are some words my students came up with: ken, ben, pen, men, den, ten, "wen", zen, jen...

I found this picture on www.lucylearns.com then copied and pasted it on Word to make it a little bigger. I used the "text box" to add "__en" on the eggs. That's it; easy peasy!

Final product^^^

You could use this Hen instead. It is much nicer, maybe next time.

HELLO CHICKS!!!!
One of the parents had chicks, so she brought them to share with the class.
